Booty

God I love my butt since I started working out. Since Oct I have had the most awesome ass transformation. Even if Im still fighting the belly pouchy thing from having three kids.. my booty rocks! Hahaha. Just had to share =)

Fat Loss Aid

Hydroxycut Max! isnt giving me that oomph feeling anymore. Ive gotten too used to it.

Recommendations on any other fat burners that are good? Lipo 6 was pretty good, its how I lost my first 5 lbs but same deal with them, I got used to then, they lost their pep. Maybe if I switch back and forth with the Lipo 6 and hydroxycut it might be beneficial?

 

 

Stuck

Stuck at 150. The scale just stops there. Working harder but doesnt seem to be getting me anywhere. I will keep going. Its hard staying motivated when your working hard and not making progress. Hopefully next time I write I will have some good weight loss news.

I am reflecting on my weight loss so far and you know what? Im proud of myself.

Ive cut out so much unhealthy eats and late nite snacks. I have cut down on portion sizes. When I eat more than I have been for the last few months I am in pain. And its a good thing, lol.. it reminds me to stay in check.

Even though Im leveling out at 150 I think my fat is definetly decreasing and muscle is being built.

Im a gym freak: I want to go ALL THE TIME.

I love it =)

I ate one for lunch today with a banana.

I havent had candy in quite some time now and it definetly satisfied my sweet tooth.

Plateau

I think Ive hit a plateau. I need to add more to my workout but I just dont have time. I work 8-5, have the kids 24-7, and the daycare at the gym is only open 4:00-8:00p.

I guess I could start working out more at home but I really prefer the gym equip. I mean, Im not going to go run outside (again w/the daycare thing) so I will have to stay in the house. We have only a few weights and Im not even sure where they are. Maybe I could find the exersize ball and make a workout with it. (Sigh) This sucks!

I dont think the hydroxycut is doing anything for me anymore. I no longer have that energetic feeling after I take it. Ive been taking it for a month now and I guess my body has gotten to used to it. Maybe I will go back to Lipo 6.

Wii Fit

I want a Wii fit. Is anyone using their Wii fit and actually gaining results? It does weight you and calculate your body fat, right? Is it pretty accurate? We hardly use the Wii anymore and Im really considering getting the fit this weekend!

Protein Breakthrough!

Okay while reading my hubbys muscle mag I found a suggestion for boosting your preworkout protein! Mix 1 scoop of vanilla protein with 1 3/4 cups water and a tablespoon of HONEY! It makes it sooooooooooooooooo much better! I could actually drink my protein without gagging. I admit I added a dulop of honey on my tounge after I chugged it.. but no biggie. This is a breakthrough for me. Its the first time I was able to drink protein without my gag reflex twitching! Woohoo! Note: Protein shakes make you burpy. Is it just me??

Why does protein taste so bad?

Why cant someone invent a yummy protein?

Ive tried them all. Orange passionfruit to Pomagrante to Chocolate and Vanilla. They all sicken me.

I want to replenish my muscles afte a work out with some protein but my tastebuds wont let me swallow.

I have tried some nasty foods.. but the flavor and consistency of protein makes my tummy turn.

Is their ANY out there that dont taste like dog vomit???

I just realized it took a whole month to lose 2 lbs. My weight loss is slowing down but Im working harder. WTF?! Can you say Plateau. SUCKS!
