June 11, 2009For 2 weeks I have added 2.5lbs to my barbell workouts..I have lifted to the same intensity and have been doing the same reps. Mentally since I do not see the lil 2.5’s..I sike myself out into lifting w/ the same intensity…My mind tells me that the weight is no heavier..I will do this for about 2 more weeks, then I will change the 2.5’s to 5 lbs…I will continue this pattern, adding 2.5 to the 5’s , changing them to 10 lbs and so on..I recommend this workout to any one who is looking for serious strength and stamina gains…Trust me when I say it works…You just have to take it slow….
