OK, sooo today is my last Day in Canada this week, i am off to SUNNY FLA for the week to enjoy the Fam’s condo. I have been Really stressed out @ home nad in general over teh past few months so i am hoping that i can balance out and really focus on eating well and getting lots of excersise! i am very optimistic going into the little departure that im positive i will have great results. its all in the attitude.
perhaps i will take some before and after shots .. instead of "transformation OF the week", perhaps ill create a new " "Transformation IN A week" in particular my lower body does not match my upper …. IF anyone CAN offer advice on foods or exercises for toning / shrinking my quads a bit and work in calfs. I have never has " skinny" legs but i would like htem to slim down and show some defintion like the rest of me … oh and lower abs, they are kiling me! any tips / encourage / criticisms for my "health and detox week" would be greatly appriciated!!
