					<description>I agree with you on that one.  Though I am a SAHM I find it hard to get a workout in.  I have to put on my gym clothes first thing in the morning to motivate, remind me and to be ready to go when one of them goes down for a nap.  We will do this and &amp;amp;#34;me&amp;amp;#34; time is totaly possible if we learn to let go.</description>

					<description>weight loss should be slow and steady...please dont get hung up on the scale, it will drive you crazy ;) also, be sure not too drop your calories too low...it will do more harm than good!</description>
