I’ve been doing a few select excersizes, some with weights. I’ve been watching what I eat, but to be honest, I haven’t been strict. Which might explain the weight increase, but I’ve lost some cm.
Now I have a cold that leaves me dizzy just from standing up so I’m not excersizing. Also food has no taste so I don’t finish my meals.
Despite having a cold, I still feel stronger than a month ago. It’s easier to sit up and even stand up from the floor. All-in-all, not bad. But it can be better.

Believe it or not, but more exercise is the answer. Not strength training, but cardio. I’m not so tired anymore. But now I’m bored. Time to revise my workout and make some changes.
Does anyone have an excercise they particularly like doing that they care to share?

Ok, so I’m loosing weight. That is the idea. But I’m not quite making my goals. With todlers around me 24/7 it’s hard to through myself into my workouts.
The good news is my arms are finally starting to show results on the tape. And it’s about time. Grabbing the kids and tossing them in the air would have to help… I know there are triceps underneath there somewhere.
But here’s the thing. On my off days, I’m so tired I can’t even concentrate on the little things. This tiredness carries over to the next day and a couple of times I’ve had to stop my workout due to ‘not being there’ mentally. I don’t know what to do to fix this.
Any ideas anyone?

I’m feeling frustrated. Why is it that there are so many distractions? I’ve missed my goal and had to adjust it. I’m helping my sister complete her nusery school and am living with her family. It’s embarrassing that I cannot catch my 4 year old niece! My legs and ankles have taken to swelling up. And the pain in my knees and ankels continues. I have to excersize at home because I don’t have a car, don’t have a job and don’t know the area to even imagine where the closest gym would be.
Ok, enough complaining, I have things to do…
