Master Cleanse Anyone?
I’m thinking about doing the master cleanse for a solid week, vs the 10 day recommendation. I’ve done the cleanse before and lost about 10 lbs. in 5 days and was able to keep it off and jump start my weightloss journey. But now i’m weight training so I’m not sure about doing the cleanse, but my brother keeps begging me to do it with him,so…. what kind of sister would I be if I didn’t support him. I’m not sure since I’ve been working out and lifting like crazy, how this would effect my workouts. Should I lift while I’m fasting? Or should I just do light cardio and leave it at that. If anyone has any suggestions or have tried the cleanse before, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldnt think lifting or doing cardio while doing a cleanse would be a good idea. I would suggest you take that as a rest week while doing the cleanse. Your body needs food (fuel) in order to make it through. Hope this helps!
