I’m thinking about doing the master cleanse for a solid week, vs the 10 day recommendation. I’ve done the cleanse before and lost about 10 lbs. in 5 days and was able to keep it off and jump start my weightloss journey. But now i’m weight training so I’m not sure about doing the cleanse, but my brother keeps begging me to do it with him,so…. what kind of sister would I be if I didn’t support him. I’m not sure since I’ve been working out and lifting like crazy, how this would effect my workouts. Should I lift while I’m fasting? Or should I just do light cardio and leave it at that. If anyone has any suggestions or have tried the cleanse before, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

When I first made the commitment to change, I slowly started to see changes in my body. After I lost the first 10lbs I guess other people started to really notice too, but I never expected in a million years to hear my aunt tell me, "oh whatever your’re gonna gain it right back, it’s not going to stay off!" Um excuse me… what ever happened to love and support. lol Talk about a slap in the face! I was hurt but it ignited a fire within me, I will not stop until I reach my goal weight! Now that I’m 30lbs down… well… lets say she changed her tune. My point is no matter what people say, make up your mind to make a change, keep working towards your goals, and leave the negativity behind! The people that try to bring you down with constant negativity will be the very same people that come to you for help. Stay positive peeps!

Ok, I had a minor setback this weekend, my brother graduated from college and there was food galore! However I was able to stay in control of myself and not pig out like everyone else but I did trip up a little. Needless to say a comeback is in order and thats exactly what I plan to do. I coming back harder and more determined than every, Let’s call it a comeback.
