Happy New Year!

Another year come and gone.  A new resolution? to make my goals and stop with the excuses. I hope everyone made it through the evening events safely home. I am headed to the gym in a few. It is just another training day. I switched mid December to an every other day to overcome a slight boredom factor I was having. Hopefully, it has restarted my mass building fires. I am lifting heavier than before doing my best to avoid injuries. Now if I could sleep all night and keep my eating regular my 3 main pillars will be complete.

I will keep you posted!

MONDAY

Monday, December 4th, 2006

Dec 4th: After a nice long working weekend. I got up and braved the bitter winter winds outside. I ran 20 minutes and not sure if same distance as the wind felt like it pushed me back for every step forward. But I did it so I feel better. I am looking forward to my later Gym workout.

No run this morning afraid to over due it. I will be working the weekend so hitting a nice run then. But it is nice and warm. Not bad workout yeserday. Today in gym earlier as I work tonight then must make a long drive to work through weekend.

THURSDAY

Thursday, November 30th, 2006

Another fine warm DC morning. I got out by 0405 am nice 20 minute run, I added a few inclines but felt nice. Yesterday, not bad overall as I begin cleaning my dieting slowly. I try not to totally eliminate so much as I am will diet harder after holidays. I am only human. I need to enjoy family and friends abut before, I turn into the evil queen and I find with my metab helps me maintain body weight better. Off to work and tonight back in the gym. Imay have locate a local partner to help push me closer to my 200lb bench, 200lb ( total) weighted pullup and  200lb full squat, deads need 400lb. By then I hope to minimal weight 145!! Conetst ideal 135 or more .

WEDENSDAY

Wednesday, November 29th, 2006

I did it again!! Out by 0410 and ran for 20 minutes. It was warmer than expected although nice foggy morning. Best thing is streets are empty although dark. It felt good even though when I woke up , I was sore.
Soon I’m going to run some serious miles again. Off to work, no weights today maybe a bike ride later since the last of nice days here in DC area.

Tuesday

Tuesday, November 28th, 2006

I did it again, very hard but I got up and out by 0409 AM, ran for about 15 minutes then did 2 minutes of short sprints. I really tried hard to talk myself out but since I ate the cookies last night felt guilty and gave myself no excuses. Darn cold now but I bundle well and it does warm up after a few minutes running.

Looking forward to todays Leg workout. My quads still a bit sore for a 3 hours lesiure bike ride I did on Sunday not to mention my glutes. I have almost 12 hours until my legs hit hard in gym so I am good, plenty of qauility ntrition and rest today before workout.
