Happy New Year!
Monday, January 1st, 2007Another year come and gone. A new resolution? to make my goals and stop with the excuses. I hope everyone made it through the evening events safely home. I am headed to the gym in a few. It is just another training day. I switched mid December to an every other day to overcome a slight boredom factor I was having. Hopefully, it has restarted my mass building fires. I am lifting heavier than before doing my best to avoid injuries. Now if I could sleep all night and keep my eating regular my 3 main pillars will be complete.
