Tuesday
I did it again, very hard but I got up and out by 0409 AM, ran for about 15 minutes then did 2 minutes of short sprints. I really tried hard to talk myself out but since I ate the cookies last night felt guilty and gave myself no excuses. Darn cold now but I bundle well and it does warm up after a few minutes running.
Looking forward to todays Leg workout. My quads still a bit sore for a 3 hours lesiure bike ride I did on Sunday not to mention my glutes. I have almost 12 hours until my legs hit hard in gym so I am good, plenty of qauility ntrition and rest today before workout.

Not a bad day. My back was unusal tight and sore so I opted out of squats for safety moved to machine but still felt in quads no back problems. A little distracted in gym some guy kept standing over like I would need a spot then primp himself in a mirror. Men!! I ignored him but still let it distrurb my concentration. I was bloated in my lower body and not sure if creatine is causing this. Maybe it was from being seated at a desk for several hours today. I must try to move around and put my feet up. I drank over a 2 gallons of water today! My sodium intake is med to low so maybe just a hormonal imbalance, know us women.
Ready for break tomorrow just a crdio day.
anyone wondering why I do am runs and keep decent amount of cardio. I have to do a mandatory 2 mile run soon so I gotta keep running in otherwise I just plod like a cow. I moved my diet and workouts to female BB training journals.
