I am working on keeping this online journal other than my notebooks.
This morning at 0407am , I ran for about 20 minutes. It was cold and miserable but I made myself get out. I felt good after the run though. I guess it is so true you just have to get out and do it.
Todays diet:
0330 mild FB
0500 1/2 c oats/flax seed mix
1 scoop whey protien ( 20G), 1 TBspon Sour cream, splash soy milk with 1 med size banana. Vitamins taken with this meal

Gotta keep this up. I have been working in and out of the office. I am trying not to miss a meal like I normally do.
0730 4scrambled whites, 1 whole egg with light cheese, 1 oz turkey breast
1130 can tuna ( mixed with relish,mustard), 1 whole egg on a wheat wrap.
* I forgot to bring in my green leafys today! Yikes!
It looks like I will workout at about 3pm today, I have yet to decide which gym.
