So since my last post I have been running sometimes for distance sometimes intervals all on hills. And i realize when I drove my self crazy with diet and have to go to the gym to do this or the other I didnt want to work out it wasn’t fun anymore. I started running and I love running. I used to look at people and wnder how can they run arent they tierd i could i could never do that. but since i have been running I have realized I AM A RUUNER. With every mile or step I feel a since of accomplishment. And it’s nice.

So here I am again mad at myself for saying I need to get in shape. Why can’t I just do it and get it over with I know you always have to work at being in shape and it is a progress, but I feel like it is not moving fast enough I can never get pass that 3 week. I dont see what I want to see in that 3rd week and give up everything I worked for, I feel like I am going up a hill and as soon as I get to the half way point I slide all the way back down. I keep saying next monday I will eat right, next monday I will run more next next next but I never get pass that point. If there are any suggestions… I feel really bad that I am in this posititon again.. and continue to be in this position.

Today I went to the gym and I was running and all the tredmills are empty. So this chick gets on the one next to me, (why do people always choose the tredmill next to you when they are all empty?) So I am doing my little sprits And I hear what sounds like all these horses running. I look over and this chick is on the highest level holding on to the top sounding like a horse. Why do people do this????

This morning I went to the gym early first time in a while. Why is it when you are there people want to watch you workout? You are all ready stinky,sweating and straining your ass off trying to get in a good work out and people want to stop what they are doing and just watch you. Plus it is Feb and people are still trying their New Year’s Resolutions which is a gret thing but dont go in the gym just to sit on a bench. Just to say you went to the gym. Sorry to vent but I ma just tierd of going to the gym and people watching what I am doing like they have never seen an girl in the weight room. Worry about yours not mine.

Well I haven’t taken my trining as serious as I would have liked to but you know what that is about to change new way of looking at things I lost weight and I am just trying not to gain it back. Anyone ever been this route before? I feellike i have came so far I lost weight and a size but when I look in the mirror I see so far to go and I get dicouraged well no more tomarrow is a new day and a new way.

I have taken a two week hiates on my excersie diet has not been so bad like 4 days out of two week period. But I have noticed alot has chnaged I am starting to be tierd again all the time and not wanting to do anything. So tonight I am jumping back on. I have tried working out in the morning but I feel better at night I sleep better. Does anyone else work out at night? I know its better to work out in the morning but I find more time and commitment to work out at night. But just some thoughts abotu working out I think tonight is going to kill me. lol

This is my 3rd week into training, I never really realized how much went into it. I always thought that it would come easy. You know you see all the commercials about pills, dvds and books diet after diet each one hoping this might be the one. I know because I have tried most of them pill after pill book after book and well you get the picture. So now into my 3rd week of training I have found a new respect for people that are commited to a healthy lifestyle. And I realize your body shows every effort you put into it. I f you are cheating your body shows. I must admit I feel a little cocky when I work out and push myself, when I eat right for the day and say no to that piece of cake that is just eyeing me begging me to eat it. I feel like nothing can get me down after I work out. When I started working out i never imagined getting this feeling and how great it feels I just hope I can continue to push my self after all it is only my 3rd week of training.

well I have lost 3 lbs in a week it is not much but hey I think I am on the right track. Tomarrow I am going to start taking my hydroxycut and kre-a-fem. I am pretty excited but I hope that Thanksgiving dinner did help replace the pounds I lost. I am also starting a new keetleball work out These kettleballs are pretty cool you dont feel it right away but you will. Any advice for supplements? Has hydroxicut worked for anyone? I am excited about my little 3 lbs weight lost. Rome was not built in a day.
