I think if your serious then everyone goes through this, but so much of it is mental. don’t let the negative creep in. You definently have to have patience when it comes to training and dieting. Good Luck.

I agree. Everyone goes through this. I’ve found that I need to set very concrete and simple goals that don’t revolve around some number on a scale or clothes size. Did I eat clean 6 of the 7 days this week? Did I get to the gym at least 5 times this week? Little goals that will in the end get me to where I want to go.

i think everyone who’s had more than 20 lbs to lose has been there. the key is to change the way you think. once you make the workouts and eating plan a way of life, everything will fall into place.

I think just about everyone has gone through that including me.

I’m at a point now where I really have made changes I can see and would hate to see it all go away. So now I’m motivated to stay consistent with my diet and workouts.

But it took months to get to this point. I’ve finally found what works best for me.

Just keep moving forward one day at a time. You may slip up, but don’t let that deter you from working to improve.
