3rd week in
This is my 3rd week into training, I never really realized how much went into it. I always thought that it would come easy. You know you see all the commercials about pills, dvds and books diet after diet each one hoping this might be the one. I know because I have tried most of them pill after pill book after book and well you get the picture. So now into my 3rd week of training I have found a new respect for people that are commited to a healthy lifestyle. And I realize your body shows every effort you put into it. I f you are cheating your body shows. I must admit I feel a little cocky when I work out and push myself, when I eat right for the day and say no to that piece of cake that is just eyeing me begging me to eat it. I feel like nothing can get me down after I work out. When I started working out i never imagined getting this feeling and how great it feels I just hope I can continue to push my self after all it is only my 3rd week of training.

I know that you will do great!! As long as you enjoy it you will keep on doing it. That doesn’t that it is easy… you already know that but it is a lot better than having false hope. True hope is based on knowing that one day you will see what you want to see. (speaking of body) You already know that there is no real hope with out eating right and excercising and here you are surrounded by people full of hope and feeling great!! What an awesome thing that you could be a part of inspiring others to do the same. That’s powerful stuff!! Just your being here is inspiring to me and I stand behind you cheering you on. You will reach your goals!!

Keep it up, those feelings of confidence are awesome.. 3 weeks is more than a lot of people make it, so you are definitely on track and in the right place.. we’re with you!!!
