coming back
Friday, December 26th, 2008I have taken a two week hiates on my excersie diet has not been so bad like 4 days out of two week period. But I have noticed alot has chnaged I am starting to be tierd again all the time and not wanting to do anything. So tonight I am jumping back on. I have tried working out in the morning but I feel better at night I sleep better. Does anyone else work out at night? I know its better to work out in the morning but I find more time and commitment to work out at night. But just some thoughts abotu working out I think tonight is going to kill me. lol
