Embarrassed

Yes, me! I was doing my circuit, minding my business, adjusted the decline bench for the abs, thought it was locked in place, went to sit on it-

HA! The bench fell straight down!! Seriously? It was extremely loud, so who didn’t look to see what had happened—I heard laughter and a gentleman came over to help me really lock it in this time…i didn’t laugh at myself right away, but within a few seconds I had to stop crunching to laugh- only me, right?

    I once fell over with the whole bench plus a couple of D-bells! Very lucky to not have gotten injured!

    Shoot, I’ve seen so many of these situations that it isn’t funny. So don’t worry about it.

    I once was getting on the decline sit up board, and didn’t get my legs hooked in, and rolled right off. (needless to say, the sit up area is right in front of the most popular cardio machines)
