I get stuck out every once in a while without my protein shakes. Left in the harsh world of Fast Food. My favorite backup food is Carl’s Jr. barbecue chicken sandwich. Looking for new foods to eat when I am on the run.

Now that my whole body had a good chance to get sore, I can move on. Got past the hardest part, the soreness. Now I can get to the fun part watching my muscles grow and watching my body chance to what it use to look like years ago, when I was in good shape. That is one good point about this site accountability.

Finally got back to the weights. Had a nice biceps workout with some cardio. Going to be sore tomorrow and fighting off a cold but will be back tomorrow for more.

Well feeling good so far, my double shifts are done tomorrow. So I can get back to some real lifting. Can’t wait to get the muscles back in order, this site has been good for keeping me in check. Can’t wait to post some pixs and watch the change begain.

Well here we are again, finally made it back to the gym. I started with a little cardio @ 5am and then again at 5pm. Come back trail is tough but I think I am finally back.
