Back and Biceps

T-bar Rows 4X10

Barbell Rows 4X10

Dumbell Rows 4X10

Back Extensions 4X10

Dumbell Curls 3X10

Preacher Curls 3X10

Concetration Curls 3X10

*Barbell Curls 3X10

* means that I only do that excercise

when I feel i haven’t worked the bicep much.
