Back and Biceps
T-bar Rows 4X10
Barbell Rows 4X10
Dumbell Rows 4X10
Back Extensions 4X10
Dumbell Curls 3X10
Preacher Curls 3X10
Concetration Curls 3X10
*Barbell Curls 3X10
* means that I only do that excercise
when I feel i haven’t worked the bicep much.

Monday’s workout is like this…….
Squats 4X10
Hack Squats 4X10
Leg Extensions 5X10
Leg Curls 5X10
Front Squats 4X10
Then afterwards I will drink my glutamine and then take a shower.
