October 17, 2008The saying is "no pain no gain" right? But at times I want to give up and just drop the weights because the burning sensation I get from lifting makes me want to yell ahhhhh. Now I see why some of the men and women yell while lifting or make very undesirable sounds. How much heavier am I supposed to lift to get the results I want? If any of you have an answer please reply. Thank you!
