My chest was alittle sore today, but knew I still needed to push myself today at the gym!!
Lunges 10lbs- 15reps 16-15reps 20-12 reps
lying leg curls. 40- 15 reps 50- 13 reps 60- 10 reps
leg extensions. 60-15 reps 75- 12 reps 90- 10 reps
standing leg raises. 160-15 reps 180- 12 reps 200-10 reps
20 min Ellipital Machine
