My chest was alittle sore today, but knew I still needed to push myself today at the gym!!
Lunges 10lbs- 15reps 16-15reps 20-12 reps
lying leg curls. 40- 15 reps 50- 13 reps 60- 10 reps
leg extensions. 60-15 reps 75- 12 reps 90- 10 reps
standing leg raises. 160-15 reps 180- 12 reps 200-10 reps
20 min Ellipital Machine

Today is my first day of a new adventure. My husband made up a work out plan for me and I was excited to start.
Flat Chest Press. 50lbs- 15 reps 62.5- 12 reps 50- 10 reps
Incline Chest Press. 12.5-15 reps 25-10 reps 25- 10 reps
Pec Dec. 30- 15 reps 45- 12 reps 60- 10 reps
Ball Crunches 3×15
Twists 65.5×15
Bike Intervals: 30 sec sprint 90 sec easy x 7 = 14 min
