eating clean and still iam stuck on the scale….does any one here eat speacial K cereal with skim milk and blueberries? is this bad?

Is peanut butter ok to have for a midafternoon snack if you are trying to lose weight???? It taste so good I feel like iam cheating…. this trainer at my gym says, yes it is ok just two tsp, but iam wondering if anyone here has heard of peanut butter being ok for weightloss…. thanks

I see awesome transformation here on Body building.com Its just not people losing weight and shrinking the people here are getting in awesome shape. I wanted to know are supplements and working out needed to obtain this look or is it just clean eating and working out ? If anyone knows I would appreciate the advice

Yesterday I was at the grocery store getting some things I forgot during the weekend when I came across the fall issue of Oxygen Magazine "My Favorite" real woman real stories of there complete body transformations… So I got myself a copy and went to the check out lane… The cashier picked up the magazine and laughed and said to me "This is a lie, no way could this lady have lost weight and look like this now" I began to explain that it is true clean eating working out can lead to a great figure, But she wouldnt let me speak. She continued to laugh and soon the people behind me where laughing along with her… the guy behind me said "ya right she got that figure sitting on her sofa" I was really getting mad but because I was with my kids I remained very quiet thought I would leave the whole situation alone. When I paid the cashier and she finally handed me over my magazine she told me in the most rudest tone "Hey if this fat lady did it so can you" I didnt say a word I walked away really mad bc well I really think it was rude of her. My kids noticed and asked me was that lady laughing at you? I came home feeling horrible I worked so hard to lose 40 something pounds and although I still need 40 more people still see me FAT.. if that wasnt motivation to keep going and finally reach my goal I dont no what is….

Tonight I was talking to an old friend that totally hurt my feelings and well iam just venting bc I dont want to eat instead….she told me that a coworker of hers saw my husband and asked her if his wife was in shape too!!! she tells me like this "well of course I lied and told her that yes you were in shape…." My friend knows the sacrifice that I have made to lose weight she knows that everyday I go to the gym and she knows my goals to get in shape… I know iam far from being where I want to be ,but it really hurts to hear from a so called friend that comment..

Ok !!! today I got my butt in the gym!!! it had been a week that I didnt see the place….and I didnt miss the gym … What I missed was the feeling I got after I worked out… I had been battling a flu all last week and today was my best day..so I got out of bed and headed straight to the gym:) my hubby is doing this total body work out and he said to join him so I did…. (see without him iam afraid to even enter the weight room) so I did excaltly as he said… 4 sets 12,10,10,6 and the weight got heavier sometimes I couldnt even lift the bar bc it was so heavy.. well he seemed to be drenched in sweat but I was fine my heart rate went up to 160 I even burned 411 calories but I didnt break a sweat at all… what I feel now is tight…what does this mean? I sweat alot when I do cardio…. could this workout not be working for me? or maybe lifting doesnt cause the same exhausting feeling as cardio? now tomarrow we are swimming and its suppose to be a drilling cardio session..wish me luck;)

I think my relationship with the scale is over…. its driving me crazy…. I keep gaining and losing the same 5 to 7 pounds weekly. I need to start measuring and tracking inches instead so I can stay motivated recently I have been going out of town and its hard keeping the eating clean and working out,,,, does anyone have an idea how to stay focused when your away from home…. thanks and have an awesome workout!!!!!

Well saturday was my birthday and another year older.. it was really hard for me because iam not where I want to be…. I stressed out so much because of my birthday that I gained weight,,, Iam now trying to re focus on my goals so that next year I wont stress out like I did this year…. because If I can get in shape just like the scale my age will only be a number…
