Iam wondering if anyone has done this program and seen results???

Yes, did it several years back, then again about 2 years later.
Success - the first time had HUGE success. Lost about 25 lbs, and really trimmed up. Second time only lost about 10 lbs or so. Biggest difference between the 2 times, is the second time I didn’t stay as strick to the diet portion. First time, I did everything by the book and even ate foods that I didn’t really like. But things went well.
The lifting portion, you have to really push yourself on, or you will get nothing out of it. If you do push, it’s not a bad program.

i used it years ago and it worked great if you follow the directions. its great because it plans cheat days to keep your sannity. good luck.
