Had an incredible marathon workout just yesterday, for four hours plus. My time off was nearly a full week. Felt great to get back into the gym and start moving those iron objets d’art, ‘er, bbells & dumbells. Wow!
What a rush, over 600 w. reps for my reclining hack leg squats; over 200 for my triceps presses, with reps and so much more. Just wanted to share my enthusiastic feelings. And, of course, a reminder to all, how beneficial a rest period can potentially be. This is especially appreciated, since I just went through a year of dealing with a chronic severe colitis condition which disabled me to the point of losing about 30 pounds and drained my energy level constantly. I will share here that "aloe vera" juice on a daily basis of 2 to 4 ounces gave me what appears to be a lasting cure in about three weeks time= for anyone else dealing with this debilitating condition. Not a doctor, but it surely did work a real turnaround for me. May not work for everyone, but back to normal and feeling even better than before is worth putting "out there" for anyone to know about;
