Week One Half Way Over
I am doing well with my new schedule and diet. Food is on time and only from the meal plan. Surprisingly it does not bother me to eat the same thing everday and the thought of a few more days of the same doesn’t bother me either. I am enjoying it.
Cardio is being accomplished first thing in the morning as scheduled, 45 minutes of moderate to heavy working. The goal is to burn at least 500 calories on the elliptical every morning. I am probably going to add some light ab work - they have been sorely neglected for the last three months. I am feeling very positive and really hope I do lose some weight in the next three weeks. I may take some progress pics each week completed successfully, I am not sure. It might help. The latest ones are burned into my retinas and are urging me onward to CHANGE them.

You keep going like this first week and you should lean out like you have planned. Of course each week is going to be completed successfully
whether you need to post pictures is up to you.
