6 weeks on
So six weeks on and here’s the progress:


Well, unsurprisingly, there’s been very little change yet. However, my trousers feel a lot looser and I feel overall a lot better about myself. As long as I stick to my routine and nutrition, March’s photos should show an improvement. Just have to think positively!
