I am almost ready to re-launch my website! - www.markusreinhardt.com has gotten a huge facelift and will be one of the top ranked sites as far as HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING goes! - I will have a huge membership section with HIGH DEF VIDEO downloads as well as IPOD compatible clips that you can load to ur device while training in the gym - one on one instruction my me now available via yahoo messenger too!
