Wisdom Teeth
Hey guys…
I felt the need to post something that needs to get off my chest. Yesterday I had my wisdom teeth taken out (all four/all four impacted)! And as you would imagine (or most of you already know), my diet is struggling. It doesn’t bother me so much that I haven’t been able to workout for three days (Sunday was my off-day, Monday the surgery, and today I’m just in a little pain), but more bothering me that I’m missing meals. I’ve been able to drink my shakes, but is all liquid diet good? I’ve made protein, MRP, veg, and fruit shakes, but still feel weak. Furthermore, I feel like I’m losing weight…and I HATE THAT!!
I don’t know what to do. I know when I heal, I’ll get back to hitting it hard, but for now…it sucks! Mental more than anything and as you all know…the mental game is just as important as the physical.
Any "wisdom" on wisdom teeth vs. training would be great!

sucks man! i have all 4 of my wisdom teeth and they are perfectly healthy, so im very glad about that and im not willing to part with them anytime soon, hahaha! im sure it will get better. just try to eat ever so often if u cant have proper meals… what about meal substitute shakes? they are useful!
