Week #1
Just finished the first week of my 12 week "get swole" routine. I’m really enjoying it. I’m doing more sets than I normally would nd I’m doing some exercises that I’ve never done. With the increase in sets and reps I had to drop weight in some exercises but found I was able to add weight in a few others so I guess it all balances out.

HEY WHAT’S BRO I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL I’M IN MY NINETH WEEK AND MAN I DID NOT BELEIVE WHAT I DID TODAY I BENCH 2OOLBS BY MYSELF WITH NO HELP SO MY ADVICE IS JUST KEEP GOING YOU CAN DO IT,NOW I’M SO HAPPY
