Saturday’s Busy Day….
Saturday was one of those out the door, hit the ground running, don’t stop type of days…
I hit legs:
Leg extensions:
5 sets of 20 at 110
Leg press:
Freakin’ sled was broken, So I had to use the machine…
1 set of 30 at 300
3 sets of 20 at 395 (They better get the damn thing fixed!!!)
Leg extensions:
1 set of 20 at 110
1 set of 15 at 125
1 set of 10 at 140
1 set of 6 at 185
Lying leg curls:
1 set of 20 at 60
1 set of 15 at 70
1 set of 10 at 80
1 set of 6 at 90
Standing calf machine:
1 set of 30 at 205
4 sets of 15 at 395 (Stack)
1 set of 50 at 175
Then, it was off to the in-laws to load up some wood (They had 5 trees cut down… We’re getting it one tree at a time…) Brought that home, and unloaded it. Then off to some pet stores to get toys for our newly arriving puppies (1 Rottweiler and 1 black Lab). Loaded up on groceries and protein powder (Costco had a 6 lb bag of EAS Premium Protein for $30).

That does sound like a busy day. Love the leg workout. I haven’t touched base with ya since you went to Wichita but it sounds like your back in the groove!!
