A Change of Pace…
Still not at 100%, but hit bi’s and abs. It’s a bit different with the "other half" coming along, but fun. She’s at least asking questions, like why and how, for different exercises. Also, got her diet going.
Bi’s:
Rope hammer curls
1 set of 20 at 70
1 set of 15 at 80
1 set of 10 at 90
1 set of 8 at 110 (Wts seemed to feel a bit lighter)
Preacher curls w/ EZ curl bar:
5 sets of 15 at 90
Incline DB curls:
5 sets of 15 at 35
Got a heck of a pump, but felt kind of numb
Abs:

Food:
1 protein shake
1 pkg of tuna
1 protein bar
3 turkey burgers on whole grain bun
1 protein shake
1 serving of Anator
2 pepper jack cheese sticks
