Hammer Strength Rows:
5 sets of 15 at 110 (Definite improvement!!!!)
Low pulley rows (close grip)
1 set of 20 at 80
1 set of 15 at 100

BICEPS:
Incline DB curls:

Low pulley rope hammer curls:
