Frozen Assets…
Okay, I’m here in Kansas, for my Dad’s 60th birthday, and man is it cold!!! I’m really starting to appreciate the mild winters up in Washington! But, since I haven’t been to see my Dad in over a decade (I know, bad Chris!) it’s been really nice. He has also been awesome enough to get me hooked up, so I can get a couple of workouts in, at his gym, while I’m here.
And, travelling with supplements is a royal pain in the a$$!!! I think either I, or someone else, should write an article on it. Especially with people wigging out over the past ‘roid busts! Luckily, I had some protein packets and NO2 packets, that listed the ingredients. I’d love to hear how other people have been travelling.
Anyhow, I will be returning to Washington on Monday. It’s so cold here in Kansas, that my assets are frozen!!!

Typically, if supps are kept in their original container, TSA doesn’t give too hard of a time. It’s when those supps end up in a baggie or tupperware, that the eyebrows come up….

Agreed with Scott. If you can get sample packs to travel with that are straight from the manufacturer you’re good to go too. I have little 1oz packets of my liquid multivitamin that travel wonderfully.
