He’s Baaaaaack…
The brace is off, and I’m back at it again!!! Last night was chest and shoulders. I decided to redo the first part of the HUGE program, since I had that week of no lifting. But… Have you ever had that "puppy dog" follow you around the gym? You know, the young kid that decides that he’s going to do what you do, and the same weight if not more? Heh… This poor kid, "Bless his heart", was following me around, and wouldn’t say anything to me or anything but just glared. I at least said "Hi". But he would add to the plates I was using and then wound up taking them off. *L* It was actually kind of funny after awhile. And the look on his face when I did "shrugs" with the stack on the calf machine was priceless. At least that was my last exercise. Anyhow, the workout went as follows:
Chest:
Bench press: 1 set of 25 followed by 5 sets of 12
Incline bench: 5 sets of 12
Pec deck: 5 sets of 12
Cable cross-overs: 5 sets of 12 (I love doing these, because the veins just pop out when I do them)
Shoulders:
Front millitary press: 1 set of 25 followed by 5 sets of 10
Lateral raises (machine): 5 sets of 12
Lateral raises (dumbell): 5 sets of 12
Rear delt "cross overs" : 5 sets of 10
Shrugs (calf machine): 5 sets of 10

Poor guy just wanted to be like you….haha. My favorite is when a guy is trying to impress me…he’ll come and stand right in front of me in the mirror. Yes, never mind that I was using this section than he’ll pick up the heaviest set of dumbbells he can manage and proceed to curl in the worst fricking form I have ever seen. Oh, yeah buddy..I’m sooo impressed. Should I call 911 for you too?

Nah… More like a kid that was trying to show that he was "The Man"… He did it to somebody else a couple of weeks ago, with the very same results… *L*

Hey, I haven’t seen the issue yet but I am glad to hear that they fixed that. You want stuff like that for your memory books ya know. I would like to show this little one those things someday. Thanks for the message.
