Finally Settling In…/ Thank You…
Well, I have finally settled into my diet, with acceptance. The cravings have gone, as well as the urge to say screw it, and binge. The only difficult time I have, is when my co-workers go out of their way to make sure I smell and see the things I cannot have. But, that too, I have overcome. And, since then, those same people are coming to me, and asking advice. At first, most did not believe my sincerity. Some of the people on here doubted my intent, as well. I’ve come too far to turn back now. I’m FULLY comitted to finishing what I started. This has been an educational past year, and an experience I will repeat, with even more knowledge than before. Many of you were instrumental in helping me get to this point, whether you know it or not! Some of you helped for good reasons, some helped, just by ticking me off. Either way, it still motivated. To you all, I say thank you.

This is just the beginning for you bro. Keep at it hard. Congrats on over coming the mental hurdles. I think for most people on this site as well as in life, it is the daily temptations they struggle with the most. You are beating it and you will be a transformed individual physically when this is all done, it sounds like you are already transformed on the inside. Keep it up! We are rooting for you. Wish I was in Washington in August to check you out but I’ll settle for the contest photos and blogs when that time comes. Great blog.

Great job Chris,
You’ve dropped 10 lbs since the pics. What is the goal weight now?

Great job Chris. Way to hang in there. The mental game is the hardest. Know what you mean about the co-workers. I work in a restaurant. I am aroung garbage all day, but I look at those who critize and then I think about how good I look and feel. I am not doing it for them, so the hell with what they say and think. Stick with bro, your doing awesome! Great job on having the courage to finish what you started. Keep that attitude and you will prevail. Good luck with the show.

Good post. I agree that co workers and friends sometimes can be the worst critics. Just remember when it’s over to look in the mirror and you will know that it was worth it. I am glad to hear that you have overcame and you are moving forward.
