Cleansing, Cardio, and Calipers
I finished doing a body cleanse a week ago. This was started at the urging of co-workers and family. That same week, I started doing cardio and getting bodyfat measurements. Either the cleanse and cardio are working magic, or it depends on who is using the calipers as to what my bodyfat is now. Last Sunday, I was about 21.5%. This Sunday I was at 16.8%. I’ve noticed a little difference in my physique, but I didn’t think it was 5% in bodyfat. So, I had it done, again… 16.8%. I’m not unhappy wth it, but I’m confused.

Your just doing what your supposed to so the bodyfat is coming off. If your eating right and consistant with your cardio this doesn’t sound to off.
