If I only had a chest…
It seems, that no matter what I do, I cannot get my inner pecs to fill out. Crossovers, narrower grip on my bench, isometric contraction, all equal nothing. My upper and outer pecs are doing nicely, but the inners are M.I.A. Maybe twice a week for a little bit on chest might be what I need.

Yeah, twice a week worked wonders on me but dips was the real one that I notice stirations for the first time ever.
