Chicken legs
Today, I will revert back to a very high volume approach, to try and get my "Chicken Legs" to do some growing. I just did 2 months of pyramiding with no growth, but good strength increases. However, that did not induce any size. So, I will begin doing sets of 20-50 reps to see if I can shock some growth.

yeah that will do the trick but it is going to be painful to say the least but you will be psyched in the end,good luck bro.
