What a Christmas! Almost a bodybuilder’s dream, even. I actually got a Christmas card from 8X Mr. "O" Ronnie Coleman. Then, my wonderful wife gave me an I-Pod Nano, just so I could have something to listen to in the gym. And then, she bought me every color of the Bodybuilding.com shirts and tank tops. Plus I got a killer deal on my Vitrix and NanOX9. I can’t believe how lucky I am! If that’s not support and motivation, I don’t know what is! I hope each person that reads this can have the same support, and joy that I currently have. May the new year be your best year, yet!

I’ve just drug my sorry butt out of a pit of self-doubt and constant listening to negative feedback. Be careful of those people that when you start out with a goal are behind you 100%. Because some of those very same people that were, there all of a sudden see that you’re making progress and might have success that turn around and start slamming you and your goals! I’ve been making some good progress, and all of a sudden, I get comments like, "We didn’t think you were serious", "Why are you even bothering?", and "You’re too old to attempt getting on stage." These are the same people that if you take a good look at them, are probably out of shape, unmotivated, even a bit jealous. They see the new you, as something that makes them look at themselves, and their own short comings. So, what I’m getting at, is don’t do what I did, and start to buy into the comments, believe in yourself, and take care of business. I wish you all happy holidays, and an awesome New Year!
