The difference one shake, and a workout change makes…
Over the past month, I’ve added one extra protein shake, and re-arranged my workouts to add over 10 lbs in the past month. I’ve included some lifts I either avoided, or my gym didn’t have the equipment for. Also an add of an additonal dose of creatine helped, too. I’ve managed to lose 6% bodyfat in the process. I’ll keep you posted on new results, and hopefully in a couple of weeks, some new pics on my profile. Until then, Keep pumpin’, and stay strong!
