chirrped and pumped up pectorals…
hey muscle fans..i trained da pectorals..the pexs action was going good today….started with flat bench olympic barbell press..1 st set..25 reps..2nd set..15 reps..at a heavier poundage/weight…3rd set..at 185pounds now..6 reps..and my 4th and final set..4 reps..around 200pounds..getting stronger..my maximum barbell press weight:445pounds..2 full reps..that was done prior to my mr.canada 1997 bodybuilding competition in montreal..25 yrs of age…just to let yall know..i was 220pounds in the daytine show…it took 4 hours to get onstage..waiting for the lower weight classes to get judged..or was it 6 hours..it took 2 long..my muscle went flat..ate a huge meal after the pre-judging..and voila and zenpresto..magic!..my body blew up to 228 ((after just one meal..))and everyone was freaking out on how huge n ripped i looked on stage..what are ya gonna do..its all good..there will be a next time hopefully before i truly retire…yes ,gurl…bro..i like it…let see what happens ..as far as the competitive bodybuilding goes..certainly takes alot of money and effort…..have fun..pablo
