Yes..no exclamation mark,…we pumped up da quads 5 days ago…took another layoff or break from training..basically eating lots shallots…that way you can get growing and going in the muscled department…hit 204lbs..hovering around that "weight"…will hit the lats and triceps today..my gunz are closing in on 20"now…i would say 18.5" pumped..((measured 18"cold last week))…..ill try 295pounds on the deadlift..i usually start my lat routine with stretching..4 sets of front pulley/cable pulldowns..50 reps…than 25reps..than another 3 sets heavy reps..minimum 5 reps..i jump right into single dumbell rows..sets of 3 to 15 reps…..and be careful..we must stretch and envision our gr8ness..ok..big muscle coming along..and awesum muscle shape..da kind of sexy n huge muscle shape the ladies die for..and the boys too…and maybe a moose and a frog…everyone luvs muscle..so..i finish off with olympic barbell deadlift…same 1980’s stylin’ dude.. and thats it for now..ill be sure to get my muscle training dvd out for yall soon..lets say withing the next 2 years..no rush mates..have fun and we will chat again soon..go canucks go!~~pabs
