Been a couple of weeks since i last "blogged"..anyhow..da vancouver city birds n crows were chirrping like crazy yesterday morning..guess they were juiced n happy…i have been off of training for 3 weeks now..i will throw in another 3 months of natural hardcore bodybuilding soon..lets say by this weekend ill jump around1990’ss in da gym..and pump up ..as you know..we hit my biceps at an 18.5"level..no joke…they were down to 14.5 inches in the summer time…ok..always time to groin,..gro..yes..brogurl…let us have fun..go habs go..and go canucks go..we are dreaming of an all canadian final…luv ya jay,and sir chicks alot!…your big muscle moose..pablo

hey muscle fans..i trained da pectorals..the pexs action was going good today….started with flat bench olympic barbell press..1 st set..25 reps..2nd set..15 reps..at a heavier poundage/weight…3rd set..at 185pounds now..6 reps..and my 4th and final set..4 reps..around 200pounds..getting stronger..my maximum barbell press weight:445pounds..2 full reps..that was done prior to my mr.canada 1997 bodybuilding competition in montreal..25 yrs of age…just to let yall know..i was 220pounds in the daytine show…it took 4 hours to get onstage..waiting for the lower weight classes to get judged..or was it 6 hours..it took 2 long..my muscle went flat..ate a huge meal after the pre-judging..and voila and zenpresto..magic!..my body blew up to 228 ((after just one meal..))and everyone was freaking out on how huge n ripped i looked on stage..what are ya gonna do..its all good..there will be a next time hopefully before i truly retire…yes ,gurl…bro..i like it…let see what happens ..as far as the competitive bodybuilding goes..certainly takes alot of money and effort…..have fun..pablo

Hit the back and triceps yesterday…i deadlifted 295lbs..for 3 "full" reps..ill jump my steel weight poundage by 10%next back workout..and congratulations to jay cutler..the newly crowned 2009 mr.olympia…cant wait to obtain the dvd…..have a fun and safe weekend..we will chit chat " a la prochaine fois"…..luvpabs

Yes..no exclamation mark,…we pumped up da quads 5 days ago…took another layoff or break from training..basically eating lots shallots…that way you can get growing and going in the muscled department…hit 204lbs..hovering around that "weight"…will hit the lats and triceps today..my gunz are closing in on 20"now…i would say 18.5" pumped..((measured 18"cold last week))…..ill try 295pounds on the deadlift..i usually start my lat routine with stretching..4 sets of front pulley/cable pulldowns..50 reps…than 25reps..than another 3 sets heavy reps..minimum 5 reps..i jump right into single dumbell rows..sets of 3 to 15 reps…..and be careful..we must stretch and envision our gr8ness..ok..big muscle coming along..and awesum muscle shape..da kind of sexy n huge muscle shape the ladies die for..and the boys too…and maybe a moose and a frog…everyone luvs muscle..so..i finish off with olympic barbell deadlift…same 1980’s stylin’ dude.. and thats it for now..ill be sure to get my muscle training dvd out for yall soon..lets say withing the next 2 years..no rush mates..have fun and we will chat again soon..go canucks go!~~pabs

Hit another maximum weight testiment..204 pounds …we are hovering around the 200pound range now..it’s all good..muscle fans…pumped up da quads n calves today…i try to do lotsshalotts of "technique"training..when you are training in da gym..it is important to "envision"..your muscle growth n shape,grobro…hey gurl..i am not lying to you…been doing and playing this "muscle game"4 a long while now…ok..we will chat another time..pabs zen stylin…ciao..mrbignsexy
