I DON’T NEED A STINKING WORKOUT PARTNER!!!!! OR DO I???????
Well, back in 2000, had one of the best workout partners ever! Big Phil in VA Beach. Truly an awesome person who helped me get to the competition level I desired. But like all great things, it came to an end when I transferred for Operation Iraqi Freedom. But looking back, what are the benefits in having a workout partner. Whether it is male or female, as long as the professionalism is there, could be either one in my opinion. A workout partner will push you and allow you to go to your outer boundaries as much as possible. That mental security you have when doing bench, squats or whatever it is uncomparable. Also, a true workout partner will not you slack and you will keep them from slacking. For the past 7 years, workout partners came and went, but no one could ever be that "Big Phil". Truly missed.

So the quest continues……will the urge to get a workout partner eventuallywill go away and make do or will that longing and hoping continue?!

I have never had a consistant workout partner. I have had a couple of pansies quit right away. one of my good friends and I were going kinda of steady but our scheduals always were clashing. I have learned that I am a loner in the iron game.
