A LITTLE LESS WEIGHT, BUT A GREAT LEG WORKOUT!!!!
Here are my stats from yesterday, pretty good workout!
Warm up–440X15 for 2sets, 620X8 for 1, 800X8for1, 980X8 for 1
530X12 for 3 (teardrop area worked), 530X12 for 3 outer worked, lying leg curls 110X8 for 4,
leg extensions (both legs) 170X8 for 3,
Seated leg curls 110X8 for 4,
50 X12 for 8 (single leg and outer/inner worked)

is the first excersize on the sled or a different machine? and I’m interested in how you work the different areas of the leg

You warm up with more weight then my heaviest sets - I guess that’s why you got the big gunz!
