Warm up–440X15 for 2sets, 620X12 for 1, 800X12 for1, 980X8 for 1, 1070X5 for 1, 1160X3 for 1,
530X12 for 3 (teardrop area worked), 530X12 for 3 outer worked, leg curls 90X8 for 1, 110X8 for 2,
leg extensions (both legs) 130X12 for 1, 150X12 for 1, 170X12 for 1,
Lying leg curls 95X8 for 1, 110X8 for 2,
50 X12 for 6 (single leg and outer/inner worked)
