Here are my stats from yesterday, pretty good workout!
Warm up–350X12 for 2sets, 530X12 for 1, 710X12 for1, 890X12 for 1, 1070X6 for 1, 1120X3 for 1,
710X7 for 1, 530X12 for 3 (teardrop area worked), 530X12 for 3 outer worked, leg curls 110X8 for 4,
leg extensions 50 X12 for 6 (single leg and outer/inner worked)
Overall a good work out and feeling it today!!……………………………….
