LEG DAY!!!!!!!!! YIPPEEE!!!!!
Wow, it’s been over two months since my last blog. So I decided to write on leg day. I will start out and top off with 1120 pounds for 2-3 reps, but today will be chiseling, so, I drop back down between 720-840 for some 12-15 reps for 3-4 sets. I will hit the leg extension machine twice. Once with both legs,then again with a unilateral or single leg extension. Hit the leg curls twice. Both will be with both legs. I will attempt the Smith machine with low weight as a "burn-out" session. Hitting the outer and the "teardrop". Then, if I am able to walk out, will I be completely exhausted but yet satisfied.
