AWESOME WORKOUT!!!!

I had an awesome workout today!!  Started with incline bench with warm-up with 135lbs for 15, then here it goes:

185X12–225X8X2–245X8–275X3–295X1 considering I have a sore shoulder, not bad, then I hit nautilus shoulder press: 185X15, 210X8, 250 (stack) X 3, then nautilus incline 155X8, 210X8, 250 (stack) X 5, hit military press barbell with 95X8X4 until failure sometimes.  Hit bicep curls in between: 30lbsX20, 40X15, 40X12, 50X8.  Left feeling swol!

Memorial Day Weekend

I would like us to remember those brave men and women who have,  and, as I speak are giving the greatest sacrifice for this country in order for us, the people of the United States, to enjoy the freedom we truly have.  I have lost several comrades, shipmates, and friends who have served with me.  My heart goes out to their families.  For those still out in the sandbox, the trenches, the mountains, the oceans and anywhere else in uniform, I pray for their protection and their return home safely.  I have served this great country for 18 1/2 years thus far and cannot tell you what an awesome feeling of pride overtakes you when someone walks up to you and tells you thank you for serving.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Yesterday I went to the gym to do legs……was motivated but something weird happened. After I completed, some warm up sets, I hit the smith machine for quad squats (where your feet are further out in front of you than a regular squat). My legs exploded into overdrive! I had such a pump! But it was only about 3/4 of my max weight I was using. The pump was so great it became a hinderance in leg press, I usually do 1000lbs for 5reps, but yesterday, only 600 for 5reps. I am using creatine infusion, NOS PUMP, Whey protein. I did not think the NOS PUMP by body Fortress would give me this much pump? I don’t know, I have been doing this for years and never experienced this pump to the point where it hinders, any suggestions???
