cutting down
I have been dieting extremely hard for the body for life challenge and cut down on my body fat a lot. However, I have the hardest time leaning down my legs and especially tightening up my hamstrings and glutes. My diet is clean and I work out strength training and cardio 6 days a week. Any suggestions from anyone?

I would personally recommend cycling. Especially once spring starts coming around. I personally am a road cyclist, and I have found no better cardio than road cycling, esp. in a group. Read My blog entry \"The Best Cardio\"
